It’s with great pleasure that I inform you today about the next Allah Made Me Funny show in Canada. They’ll be coming to Toronto (details: sheikh-it.com). If you’re from the area and want to have a good laugh, go on and check them out! If you’ve never seen them perform, this is your chance. With Azhar you get a good dosage of Indo-Pak style jokes, with Amr you get a good dosage of Arab-style jokes and with Preacher you get a good African-American approach to Muslim comedy.
Financial crisis, an excellent speech

Yes, it’s been a while. Why so long you ask? Well, with everything going on lately, we’ve all been working a lot harder to make ends meet in the business. Most companies are laying off notable portions of their workforce. With all that’s going in with the US (and global) economy, everyone is worried about their jobs, savings, bills, retirement, etc.
As Muslims, we’re always told to rely solely on Allah, as he is the one who provides. An excellent video by Sheikh Hamza Yusuf outlining this and many other important issues has been embedded below. Please take some time to listen to it.
